Safety Inspections
All vehicles are inspected every 120 days.
Hazmat
Metro Express transports most non-bulk quantities of hazardous
materials. The exceptions are: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 explosives, radioactive
materials and poisons.
Insurance
Metro Express has the following insurance coverage:
- General Liability - $2,000,000
- Truck Liability - $3,000,000
- Cargo insurance - $250,000
- Workman's compensation - $500,000
- Additional coverage is available at a surcharge
